Indoor growing for beginners: the essential kit

You need an enclosed, reflective space where you can control light, temperature and humidity. A grow box is the simplest solution: reflective walls, holes for cables and air, sized to your space. Better to start small and manageable.

Light is the engine of growth. Today grow LEDs are the best choice for beginners: they use less power, run cool and last a long time. Choose the wattage based on the area to light.

Plants need air exchange: an extractor with an activated carbon filter renews the air and neutralizes odours — essential indoors. A small internal fan moves the air and strengthens the stems.
